HOW DOES Big Green Moving Boxes DELIVER AND PICKUP THE Big Green Boxes?
Our driver will deliver your boxes to your home. They stack neatly inside of each other and don’t take up much room.
Do I need to be home for Delivery or Pickup?
Often times we can drop the boxes in a secure location or pick them up if they're left outside. You are, however, responsible for any damages or theft to the boxes if left on your property.
Can i keep my big green moving boxes longer if i need to?
Sure. Let us know how long you need the boxes and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
How soon can I receive the moving boxes?
Depending on availability, boxes can usually be delivered the day after your order is placed.
WILL I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM Big Green Moving Boxes after I place my order?
When you first place your order, we will send you a confirmation email or text. Then, we will text to confirm delivery details prior to your scheduled delivery date. We'll also text you prior to your scheduled pickup to confirm those details. Yes, the boxes are hand cleaned between each use.

After we've confirmed your order and delivery details we'll send you an invoice via email or text. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your boxes.
